  • Drop-Off Sign-In:

  • In-Person Documentation:
    Stop by our front desk to sign the standard repair authorization forms so we can legally begin work.
  • Remote Authorization Alternative:
    If you cannot visit the shop, we can securely email or text you the digital authorization paperwork.
  • Insurance Claim Notification:
    Contact your insurance company immediately to report the claim and inform them your vehicle is at our shop.
  • Adjuster Assignment:
    Provide your insurer with our specific shop address so they can assign a field adjuster to inspect the teardown.
  • Removing Personal Valuables:
    Visit the shop as soon as possible to retrieve personal items, house keys, and garage door openers from the vehicle.
  • Tear-Down and Blueprinting:
    Once authorized, our technicians will carefully disassemble the vehicle to inspect for hidden structural framework damage.
  • Supplement and Rental Coordination:
    We will submit the complete blueprint to your insurer and coordinate with your rental car provider.
